Order Processing
All orders are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors. All delivery times are estimates only.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
